Summary: The Product Owner – Workday Recruiting will lead the configuration, optimization, and enhancement of the Workday Recruiting module, collaborating closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday Recruiting modules
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to align recruiting with HCM processes
  • Analyze and interpret recruiting reports and dashboards to support hiring decisions
  • Manage and support requisition, offer, and onboarding workflows within Workday
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Recruiting and integrations
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on system functionality and best practices
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system improvements and enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and data privacy regulations
  • Stay updated with Workday releases and recommend continuous improvements
