Product Owner

Summary: The (Senior) Technical Product Owner will lead and support a Digital development team by managing requirements and ensuring seamless data flow between Front End and Back End teams. This role involves engaging with business stakeholders, prioritizing the development backlog, and problem-solving during implementation. The candidate will document requirements in Azure DevOps and oversee Agile development processes. A strong understanding of software development methodologies and architectural models is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the Digital development team with requirements management.
• Document business needs into functional and non-functional requirements in Azure DevOps.
• Engage with business stakeholders for prioritization and progress reporting.
• Problem-solve implementation challenges to meet requirements.
• Prioritize the development team's backlog in alignment with business priorities.
• Create documentation materials such as wireframes and flow documents.
• Write structured User Stories that deliver value to customers.
• Understand and capture Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) within story templates.

Key Skills:

• Comprehension of architectural models and processes (microservices, cloud architecture).
• In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience as a Business Analyst and team leader on Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe projects.
• Familiarity with software development transaction methods (APIs, XML, JSON, REST, Message Queues).
• Ability to create documentation materials and write concise User Stories.
• Detail-oriented and methodical approach to requirements elicitation.
• Proactive, solution-seeking mindset.
• Experience in eCommerce or similar highly transactional industries.
