- Gather and refine business requirements.
- Create user stories, epics and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with developers, architects, QA and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement and sprint reviews.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and product releases.
- Manage relationships with third-party development partners.
- Ensure products deliver value while balancing business priorities and technical improvements.

- Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile product role.
- Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience managing product backlogs and prioritising work.
- Confidence working with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience supporting UAT and working with third-party suppliers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A pragmatic, self-sufficient approach with the ability to make informed decisions and work independently.
Desirable
- Experience working within Scrum or Kanban environments.
- Familiarity with Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Experience supporting AWS cloud migration or digital transformation programmes.
