Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product backlog in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives)
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and epics
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and PMs to deliver enterprise-level IT solutions
- Monitor delivery performance and align roadmap goals with business KPIs
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership, ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the development lifecycle
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of Product Owner or Business Analyst experience in enterprise IT environments
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery; PO certification preferred (CSPO, PSPO)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence
- Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Miro, and roadmap planning tools
- Prior experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or HVAC-related systems is highly required.
