Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and prioritise the product backlog based on business value and technical dependencies
  • Manage incoming feature requests and roadmap planning
  • Coordinate sprint delivery across multiple teams and vendors
  • Remove delivery blockers and manage project risks
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile best practices
  • Monitor delivery performance against sprint commitments
  • Create operational documentation for support, incident management and triage
  • Improve operational processes and user support documentation
  • Support creation of user knowledge bases and training materials

Key Skills:

Overview

We're looking for an experienced Product Owner / Delivery Coordination Manager to lead the development and delivery of an Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) platform supporting R&D and laboratory operations.

This role combines product ownership, Agile delivery management, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring features are prioritised effectively and delivered successfully across internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within pharmaceutical or chemical environments and a strong understanding of ELN/LIMS platforms.
