Summary: The Product Owner for eCommerce is tasked with managing the execution of the eCommerce platform roadmap, ensuring timely releases and operational excellence. This role acts as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, vendors, and development teams. The position requires a strong focus on compliance and continuous improvement in agile processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Backlog Management: Review, groom, and prioritize tickets to ensure clarity and alignment with business objectives.
- Release Coordination: Manage release timelines and oversee execution, including QA, UAT, security testing, and deployment approvals.
- Agile Facilitation: Lead weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Compliance Oversight: Responsible for compliance activities such as annual audits (PCI, corporate audit, ADA) and addressing production findings, ensuring adherence to corporate standards.
- Vendor Interaction: Collaborate with vendors for operational needs and escalate issues as necessary.
- Client Feedback: Collect feedback on website changes and enhancements; manage feedback from Customer Care channels.
- Documentation: Maintain functional specifications, release notes, and product knowledge base.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sprint progress, release quality, and operational metrics; collaborate with Product Manager on efficiency gains.
- Incident Management: Triage and resolve production issues promptly.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements to agile processes for better delivery efficiency.
- Release Note Review: Review and approve release notes prior to deployments.
