Product Owner / Business Analyst with Healthcare Payer, Appian

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong Healthcare Payer domain expertise and Agile delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, Provider Management, Benefits, and Care Management.
• Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain backlog traceability.
• Manage backlog refinement, PI Planning, sprint planning, and release coordination.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, Developers, QA, and offshore teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain decision logs, support testing, business demos, release readiness, and post-production support.

Mandatory Skills:

• Healthcare Payer domain experience.
• Hands-on experience with Jira Align, Appian Workflow, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum, user story creation, backlog management, and stakeholder coordination.

Preferred:: SAFe POPM, SAFe Agilist, CSPO, or PMI-ACP certification.
