Product Owner- AI (Financial/Banking/Credit Union)

Summary: The role of Product Owner involves leading the implementation of the Shakudo platform within a regulated financial services environment, specifically targeting credit unions. Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap and delivery plan for the Shakudo platform implementation
• Define, document, and prioritize use cases that demonstrate early value for the credit union
• Lead change management efforts to drive adoption across technology and business teams
• Collaborate with engineering on Azure and Kubernetes-based deployment and container configuration
• Serve as the primary liaison between the VP, internal stakeholders, and the Shakudo platform team
• Build the intake process, governance framework, and feedback loops for ongoing platform use
• Proven Product Owner experience in credit union, banking, or broader financial services understanding of the regulatory and operational environment is essential
• Hands-on familiarity with Azure and containerized/Kubernetes environments (you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to speak the language)
• Strong change management skills this role is as much about people and adoption as it is about product
• Experience building use cases, writing requirements, and driving cross-functional alignment in ambiguous environments
• Comfort standing up net-new platforms with limited prior precedent self-starter who can create structure where none exists
• Shakudo experience is a nice-to-have, not a requirement
