Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the consumer product marketing strategy and execution, including building and managing the product marketing roadmaps based on organizational goals
  • Leverage research and data to deeply understand consumer needs, behaviors, and pain points, informing actionable strategies
  • Create compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target user segments
  • Implement and deliver marketing plans across multiple channels through paid and organic outreach, partnership outreach
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making
  • Present insights, strategies, and results to leadership and stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making
  • Drive growth by building a comprehensive organic social media and content creation strategy to connect with customers, grow our audiences, and cultivate the recruitment funnel for genetics research
  • Manage/Oversee day-to-day ideation and execution of social media efforts, including developing a content calendar, owning and copywriting original content and posting, expanding content creation through video, animation and other multimedia, conducting social listening, identifying topical conversations to engage in, managing timelines, and communicating with stakeholders
  • Conduct social media audits, set up reports and share insights using analytic tools, and synthesize learnings into actionable insights
  • Align social media efforts with overall GTM messaging, creative, and campaign timing to scale through social
  • Work closely with partner Head of Product & Design and internal support and Scientific Leadership to develop strategy and implementation of marketing plans

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of direct experience in product marketing and/or growth marketing in a consumer-focused organization (D2C); Health or medical markets experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of driving successful product marketing campaigns and delivering measurable business outcomes, through the marketing continuum (AARRR)
  • Deep understanding of product marketing principles, including positioning, segmentation, and go-to-market strategies
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities
  • A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Strong ability to balance individual contributions with leadership/people management responsibilities
  • Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to influence and partner across teams
  • Ambitious self-starter with strong ownership attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done

Kforce has a client in Tarrytown, NY that is seeking a Product Marketing Manager.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
