Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple technical/digital products or workstreams, from product vision and strategy through roadmap, development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Define product requirements, features, priorities, and user experiences, translating business objectives into scalable digital products.
- Partner with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Operations, IT, business stakeholders, end users, and executive leadership to drive product development and successful delivery.
- Manage complex products within a cross-functional, matrixed enterprise environment, solving business and technology challenges while driving measurable product and business value.
Required Skills
- Strong Product Management experience with ownership of product vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, prioritization, development, launch, and adoption.
- Experience managing multiple products and/or workstreams simultaneously within large enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with UX/UI and customer/user experience, working closely with UX/UI Design and Engineering teams to deliver intuitive digital applications.
- Fortune 500 enterprise experience is required, with clearly demonstrated organizations and relevant product initiatives.
- Strong technical/digital product management, executive stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and exceptional communication skills.
- Must be a true Product Manager, not primarily a Product Owner focused on backlogs, user stories, and Agile ceremonies.
