Summary: The role of Product Manager focuses on enhancing warehouse operations for a leading retail client, requiring expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), particularly Red Prairie. The position is initially a 6-month contract, primarily remote with occasional travel to London or Coventry. The successful candidate will lead a team to drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at operational efficiency and performance in a large retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap/backlog for the current RedPrairie/JDA Dispatcher WMS, aligning priorities to measurable operational outcomes.
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
- Will consider over WMS if knowledge of large/complex retail environment.
- Partner with stakeholders across logistics/warehouse operations to translate needs into clear product requirements and prioritised delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with on and offshore teams to deliver product enhancements.
Key Skills:
- SME level knowledge of WMS, ideally Red Prairie.
- Experience in large retail organizations.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate stakeholder needs into product requirements.
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.

Our Blue Chip Retail Client are looking for a Producr Manager with SME level knowledge of WMS, ideally Red Prairie, and experience f large Retail organisations. Thee Contract will be for 6 months initially, predominately remote with some travel to London/Coventry. The role will be via an Umbrella Company

You will be working with a small team of engineers, you'll lead a pipeline of enhancements focused on operational efficiency, cost-to-serve reduction, and warehouse/supply chain performance.
