Summary: The Product Manager (Web3/Blockchain) role is a 3-6 month contract position focused on leading product development in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for your product, ensuring smooth end-to-end management.
- Lead structured product planning processes to align short-term deliverables with long-term goals.
- Build and maintain a robust product roadmap balancing immediate priorities with future vision.
- Create and manage Market Requirements Documents (MRDs), Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and Feature Requirements Documents (FRDs).
- Partner with marketing, communications, engineering, and business development teams to ensure alignment and clarity on product direction.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and monitor competitor activity.
- Work closely with engineering, QA, and program management to ensure timely, quality delivery.
- Engage with relevant open-source communities to champion your product and integrate valuable feedback.
- Drive the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-release improvements.

- Keep all documentation up-to-date and aligned with user feedback and evolving business needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
