Summary: The role of Senior Product Manager involves leading the delivery of innovative digital experiences across mobile and web platforms within a high-impact transformation programme. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment to drive user-centric solutions. The successful candidate will shape the product vision and roadmap while ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and shape the product vision and roadmap across digital, mobile, and web channels
- Manage web experience, analyse the state of art of the web experience, define roadmap and re-think ways of working with engineering and design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with Scrum and SAFe methodologies
- Translate customer needs and business goals into clear, actionable product requirements
- Support with our previous generation of mobile app - in certain markets, or create SDK and integrate into other apps where needed
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the product life cycle
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in digital, mobile, and web environments
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused setting
- Experience working in large-scale transformation or enterprise environments is a plus
