Our client seeks a Product Manager to own roadmap and delivery for marketing preferences, consent management, and tracker governance. The role will drive rollout of a centralized preference platform across email, phone, SMS, direct mail, and integrated MarTech systems. The Product Manager will ensure TCPA and DNC compliance for automated and AI-assisted outreach, define and improve opt-in and opt-out experiences, and enforce preferences across channels. The role will also support governance workflows for digital trackers, including scanning, classification, consent enforcement, and audits, partnering with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Engineering, Architecture, and vendors to close integration and compliance gaps.

Responsibilities
- Own the rollout and enhancement of a centralized customer communications preference platform across email, phone, SMS, and direct mail.
- Drive DNC and TCPA compliance, including consent framework design, vendor management, and controls for automated and AI-assisted outreach.
- Define and implement consent management, preference capture, and opt-in and opt-out experiences with product and business teams.
- Ensure communication preferences are enforced consistently across engagement channels and integrated platforms.
- Identify and remediate gaps in preference synchronization, consent management, and compliance controls.
- Evaluate preference data flows and integrations with the Global Preference Capabilities platform and MarTech systems.
- Support tracker governance including scanning, classification, consent enforcement, and compliance audits.
- Partner with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain governance processes and controls.
- Define and improve intake, review, approval, and compliance processes for new technologies and engagement tools.
- Translate architecture strategy into executable features, processes, and operational controls.
- Run Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, author epics and user stories, and maintain program roadmaps.
- Present program status, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of product management experience delivering platform, enterprise, or compliance-focused software.
- Demonstrated knowledge of privacy and consent management, including translating legal and policy requirements into product capabilities.
- Experience with MarTech, consent management systems, preference centers, and customer communication platforms.
- Familiarity with customer communication regulations including DNC, TCPA, and consent enforcement.
- Proven experience managing third-party vendors in compliance, governance, privacy, or data management contexts.
- Ability to partner with Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
- Track record of end-to-end ownership from strategy through execution, launch, and operationalization.
- Experience operating in Agile environments with distributed teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to bring structure to ambiguous requirements.
