Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Product Manager to lead the development of our platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user interface design, documentation, and quality control, particularly for web-responsive applications. This role is compensated with equity shares, providing a unique opportunity to shape the future of Gler and be part of a worldwide brand from the ground up.
This is a role for an entrepreneurial-minded individual with strong Product Management proficiency. In this role, you will oversee, regularly update, and manage version control of our blueprints, ensuring that our product development aligns with our strategic vision.
Compensation:
This role offers compensation in the form of shares during the early stages, which entitles you to future dividends. Please note that we are currently at a pre-revenue and pre-investment stage.
Key Responsibilities:
1. User Interface Consistency:
- Ensure consistency across all user interface designs to create a seamless user experience.
- Work closely with designers to maintain branding standards and design guidelines.
2. Documentation:
- Create and manage detailed blueprints and version documentation for all product features and updates.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.
3. Quality Control:
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure web-responsive applications function optimally across all devices.
- Test and troubleshoot layout issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
4. Proficiency in Figma:
- Utilize Figma for design collaboration, prototyping, and iteration.
- Work with the design team to create, review, and refine product designs.
5. Branding and Copywriting:
- Maintain and enhance the Gler brand identity through consistent messaging and visuals.
- Experience in copywriting is a plus, contributing to content creation and marketing efforts.
6. Entrepreneurial Spirit:
- Bring a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and product development.
- Be passionate about building products and brands from the ground up.
7. Analytical Thinking:
- Utilize analytical skills to assess product performance and user feedback.
