Summary: The role of ServiceNow Product Manager involves overseeing product management activities for a major digital transformation project, focusing on the effective delivery of the ServiceNow platform. The position requires developing a three-year roadmap for feature deployment and collaborating with Technology Business Partnering for backlog refinement. Experience in consultancy or public sector environments, particularly with the GDS framework, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the establishment of a ServiceNow delivery capability through a delivery partner and provide supplier management.
  • Architectural design and engineering delivery oversight, including Software Engineers and Scrum Masters.
  • Develop a long-term product roadmap for ServiceNow, aligned with core feature rollouts.
  • Define a strategic plan for adopting ServiceNow features to enhance ITSM.
  • Scope the strategic rollout of CMDB, including a review of the existing service catalogue.
  • Manage client-side service relationships with a ServiceNow Delivery Partner.
  • Provide a strong understanding of governance processes for managing change within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Skills:

  • Experience as a Product Manager, specifically with ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM and governance processes.
  • Experience in consultancy and/or public sector environments.
  • Familiarity with the GDS framework.
  • Ability to develop strategic roadmaps and manage supplier relationships.
