Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple EPE portfolios.
- Align business outcomes with technology modernization and engineering enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, and Agility Enablement teams.
- Guide feature prioritization based on value, feasibility, and customer feedback.
- Champion Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) adoption across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to measure value delivery.
- Lead stakeholder discussions and ensure cross-team alignment.
- Promote best practices in product management and agile delivery.
- Support enterprise technology transformation initiatives across cloud, network, and DevOps.
Key Skills:
- 11-14 years of Product or Program Management experience
- Strong background in IT Infrastructure (Network, Cloud, DevSecOps, IT Operations)
- Proven experience in Agile/SAFe environments
- Expertise in roadmapping, product lifecycle, and stakeholder management
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, FigJam, AgilityHealth
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
