Key Responsibilities:

  • Align business outcomes with technology modernization and engineering enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, and Agility Enablement teams.
  • Guide feature prioritization based on value, feasibility, and customer feedback.
  • Champion Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) adoption across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
  • Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to measure value delivery.
  • Lead stakeholder discussions and ensure cross-team alignment.
  • Promote best practices in product management and agile delivery.
  • Support enterprise technology transformation initiatives across cloud, network, and DevOps.

  • 11-14 years of Product or Program Management experience

Location: 100% Remote (Quarterly travel to Washington, D.C. or Wilmington, DE for PI Planning)
Type: 12+ months Contract

Job Description: The Portfolio Product Manager will lead Amtrak s Enterprise Platforms & Enablement (EPE) portfolio, driving the shift from project-based delivery to a product-centric model.
You ll oversee product strategy and execution across Network, Cloud, DevSecOps, Observability, Quality Enablement, Release Management, and IT Operations.
This is a senior-level role requiring strong IT infrastructure, agile leadership, and product management expertise to deliver scalable technology solutions.
