- Engaging with users and synthesising product improvements from insights.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and demonstrating the value of the team's work.
- Leveraging data and technology to enhance customer experience and inform backlog prioritisation.
- Utilising knowledge of government digital transformation and agile methodologies.
