Summary: The role of Product Manager requires an individual with active SC clearance to support a consultancy on a government Discovery project. The successful candidate will leverage their recent GDS experience and consulting background to manage product backlogs, engage with users, and lead cross-functional agile teams. This position offers the opportunity to influence the entire GDS lifecycle while working remotely. The role is urgent, with a start date of March 3rd, 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and prioritize product backlogs and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional agile teams to design, release, and improve digital products.
• Deliver successful outcomes across the full product life cycle, including Discovery, Alpha, and Beta phases.
• Engage with users and synthesize product improvements from insights.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and represent team work to senior management.
• Leverage data and technology to optimize customer experience and measure KPIs.
• Utilize knowledge of government digital transformation and agile methodologies.
