Product Manager / Product Owner

Job Summary

TechAGI Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner to lead digital product initiatives focused on client and clinical experience. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog management, Agile delivery, and stakeholder collaboration.

The selected candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, designers, and clinical partners to deliver product features aligned with customer needs, business objectives, KPIs, and OKRs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Manage, prioritize, and refine the product backlog.
• Translate business and customer needs into product requirements.
• Create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and clinical stakeholders.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Track product performance using KPIs, metrics, and OKRs.
• Coordinate product releases, feature delivery, demonstrations, and presentations.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and drive continuous product improvement.
• Support informed product decisions using customer insights and performance data.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar product leadership role.
• Strong experience developing product strategies and roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Experience working with engineering, design, and business teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience using product metrics, KPIs, and OKRs.
• Understanding of feature delivery and release management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare, clinical, patient, or client-experience products.
• Experience delivering enterprise digital products.
• Familiarity with product-management and Agile-tracking platforms.
• Relevant Product Owner, Scrum, or Agile certification.
