Summary: The Senior Product Manager for Marketing Innovation is responsible for leading the development of solutions that enhance MASA's marketing processes and consumer experiences. This role involves collaboration with various teams to migrate and grow the HubSpot marketing platform and integrate it with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management, particularly within marketing teams, and a strong background in digital media and omnichannel strategies. This position is remote and offers a long-term contract with potential for hire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and HubSpot marketing platform.
- Translate business objectives into a long-term omnichannel marketing platform and roadmap.
- Manage improvements and updates to HubSpot and Dynamics CRM platforms.
- Oversee integration and automation of third-party data and technology services via APIs.
- Work with Business Analytics teams to define KPIs and drive metrics tracking strategy.
- Collaborate with CRM and Data Architects for seamless migration to Dynamics and HubSpot.
- Partner with Sales Innovation Product Manager to enhance collaboration across teams.
- Provide thought leadership on innovative web and mobile solutions.

The Senior Product Manager, Marketing Innovation (Contract) supports MASA s Digital Transformation Team by partnering closely with Engineering, Design, QA and Business stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive MASA s marketing processes and consumer experiences throughout the customer journey.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES
In this role you will lead building solutions for our consumer marketing team to power our omnichannel lead to order consumer marketing initiatives, and lead migration and growth of our HubSpot marketing platform with new features alongside MASA s new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. You will enable new marketing workflows and build solutions to help drive the end-to-end customer journey through conversion, by gathering and prioritizing product requirements to support the marketing team s long term vision and roadmap. This role requires the ability to lead a dedicated pod of marketing innovation engineers, UX and QA members in an agile environment, with a strategic mindset and strong data and experimentation skills to deliver experiences that delight and perform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting our migration from legacy systems to our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM as a foundation for innovation along with our HubSpot marketing platform to ensure tools for growth.
- Partnering closely with Marketing leadership to translate business objectives into a long-term omnichannel marketing platform and roadmap that enables demonstrated improvement in campaign and conversion performance.
- Managing improvements and updates to our HubSpot marketing and Dynamics CRM platforms to streamline business processes and the customer journey for optimal growth and engagement.
- Managing the integration and automation of third-party data and technology services and front-end experiences via our APIs necessary to support business processes.
- Working with Business Analytics teams to integrate Customer Journey Analytics, define KPIs and help drive metrics tracking strategy to deliver business stakeholder dashboards and reports.
- Partnering with CRM and Data Architects to ensure business solutions support a seamless migration to Dynamics and HubSpot that scale based on business requirements.
- Partnering with a peer Sales Innovation Product Manager to ensure sales, marketing and operations teams work together to effectively deliver an optimal experience for our business.
- Providing thought leadership on web and mobile solutions (e.g. payments, notifications, location services, authentication, conversational AI) to create innovative new customer experiences.
- Driving ideation of new AI-based solutions in product development and the customer journey to maximize operational efficiency and conversion.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Work experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering internal business process software solutions and B2C consumer solutions, ideally with experience in HubSpot or other marketing or CRM platform. Candidates should have a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex products.
- Strategic thinking: The ability to develop a long-term product strategy, curiosity for the latest technology to enable frictionless customer experiences to meet overall business goals.
- Technical aptitude: Proficiency in leading the release of front-end application development and frameworks (React, React Native, component libraries), Agile software development methodologies and tools (Jira, Scrum) is required. A basic understanding of system architecture and APIs is also important for technical collaboration.
- Detail-oriented and organized thinking: Ability to standardize and normalize data, create naming conventions, drive end-to-end metrics tracking in product and across teams.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate the product vision and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Data analysis and experimentation: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights from operational systems to inform decisions and measure business impact. Experience engagement, conversion metrics and multivariate testing to drive actionable results.
- Education: A bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
