Qualifications
- 3-5+ years experience in product management, ideally in healthcare or Medicaid, especially clinical or care management platforms.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, quality measures (HEDIS, STAR, etc.), and regulatory/compliance environment (CMS, state rules).
- Experience working with provider organizations (clinics, hospitals, MCOs) and understanding their operational challenges.
- Technical familiarity: data pipelines, interoperability (FHIR, HL7), EMR/EHR integrations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions, evaluation of clinical metrics, or outcome measurement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ability to translate policy & clinical requirements into product specs.
- Comfort operating in a regulated environment (HIPAA, state privacy laws, etc.).
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with Medicaid managed care organizations or state agency contracting.
