Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, gathering and translating requirements into delivery priorities
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive iterative delivery
  • Ensure products meet required outcomes and quality standards, including GDS compliance
  • Use metrics and feedback to inform continuous improvement
  • Support governance, reporting, and participation in GDS assessments

Key Skills:

  • Active SC clearance (must be in place prior to start, those without need not apply)
  • Demonstrable experience delivering digital services in the UK public sector in a recent role
  • Strong experience in GDS standards and experience participating in GDS service assessments
  • Proficiency in JIRA for managing backlogs and agile delivery workflows

  • Experience with or knowledge of ServiceNow platform and services

The successful candidate will have experience working in agile environments and leading the development of user-centric digital services from discovery through to live, with great experience in GDS standards and service assessments.
