Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is looking for a remote Product Manager to join their team.

Overview:
We are seeking a Product Owner to support engineering and application development teams in delivering high-quality, outcome-driven solutions. This role is responsible for driving clear prioritization, translating ambiguous requirements into actionable work, and owning product direction beyond backlog management.

The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a technical environment (APIs, data, and system integrations), can effectively engage and challenge stakeholders, and collaborates closely with engineering teams to make informed trade-offs. This individual must be able to ramp quickly, operate independently, and maintain continuity across multiple application areas.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager supporting engineering/application development teams
* Comfortable operating in a technical environment (APIs, data/analytics, system integrations); Not necessarily hands-on, but can engage credibly with engineers
* Proven ability to ramp quickly in new domains and become effective without heavy handholding

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
