Product Manager

Summary: The Payments Product Manager will oversee the Unified Billing & Payments product, focusing on enhancing payment solutions within various financial environments. This role requires a strong background in payments and billing, along with experience in Agile methodologies. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product delivery and stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication skills are essential for simplifying complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Unified Billing & Payments product, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate product vision and updates.
• Support cross-functional initiatives within regulated financial environments.
• Analyze and improve payment methods and billing processes.

Key Skills:

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in Payments, Billing, Banking, Financial Services, Auto Finance, or Digital Commerce.
• Strong understanding of payment methods including ACH, debit/credit cards, digital wallets, recurring payments, scheduled payments, bill pay, and refunds.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and writing user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in regulated financial environments.
• Familiarity with billing systems, payment posting, reconciliation, account servicing, and financial operations is preferred.
