Key Responsibilities:

- Strong understanding of payment methods including ACH, debit/credit cards, digital wallets, recurring payments, scheduled payments, bill pay, and refunds.
- Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and writing user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in regulated financial environments.
