Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate large-scale testing activities, including 1:1 user testing sessions, platform validations, and pilot programmes.
  • Capture, categorise, and maintain structured feedback from varied sources and identify underlying patterns.
  • Triage feedback into prioritised actions and transform insights into clear, trackable tickets for development teams.
  • Drive alignment and pace across teams through effective communication, clear expectations, and consistent follow-through.
  • Work closely with the founders to shape product decisions, suggest solutions, and support rapid product iterations based on the feedback loop.
