Key Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap for Intake & Automation
- Improve referral, onboarding, triage and case workflows
- Identify inefficiencies and drive practical improvements
- Increase automation and reduce manual work
- Introduce AI where it adds real value
- Track key metrics (automation, cycle time, quality)
- Work cross-functionally with Ops, Clinical, Engineering and Design
- Run workshops and align teams on solutions
- Build scalable, well-controlled solutions
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Product Manager owning a product area end-to-end
- Background in workflow-heavy or operations-focused products
- Strong product discovery skills (user research, data, process mapping)
- Experience improving workflows, automation or internal tools
- Comfortable defining metrics and making data-driven decisions
