Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading multi-disciplinary teams to design, build and improve digital products in line with NHS priorities.
  • Working with senior stakeholders across the NHS to understand user needs and align product strategy to organisational objectives.
  • Setting clear product visions and roadmaps, making data-informed decisions to prioritise delivery.
  • Coaching and mentoring product managers, fostering a strong product culture.
  • Driving collaboration between service designers, business analysts, engineers, and delivery teams.

Key Skills:

  • Significant NHS experience – ideally across large-scale digital transformation or national programmes.
  • Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery through to live service and iteration.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – able to work confidently with senior leaders, clinicians, and operational staff.
  • Experience shaping strategy and balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Location: Primarily remote, very occasional need in either London or Leeds.

Day Rate: £500/day Inside IR35

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex digital services across the NHS and wider healthcare system .
