Summary: The Brand Manager for EMEA-ANZ will be responsible for driving brand growth and product marketing across the region. This fully remote position involves leading marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, and collaborating with various teams to enhance product launches and campaigns. The role requires a strong understanding of consumer insights and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. This is a maternity cover contract with potential for extension, lasting 9-12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Brand Ambassador for the brand in the EMEA-ANZ region
  • Establish quarterly brand Trade Marketing and promotional plans
  • Build comprehensive go-to-market content packages to support all product launches
  • Develop holistic campaigns to promote demand generation from a wide spectrum of end users
  • Ensure content across owned and partner properties meets best-in-class content standards
  • Support the sales team with materials and programs for retailer sell-in and direct sales
  • Facilitate project management by leading and directing marketing partners
  • Ensure integration with other organisational initiatives and business goals
  • Develop deep consumer understanding through research projects
  • Coordinate research projects, product photography, videoshoots, and web content development
  • Create, develop and shape the brand's marketing development
  • Plan digital marketing activities and supervise brand websites
  • Drive and ensure the maintenance of the PIM and DAM systems
  • Partner with all related functions and forge alignment within the Commercial / Channel Marketing teams
  • Develop in-depth understanding of competitor tactics in key customer markets
  • Work cross-functionally with ease, engaging important stakeholders
  • Understand ROI levers for marketing investments and envision implications of key decisions

Key Skills:

  • A University degree (BA or MBA) in Marketing/Communications
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in Brand Marketing
  • Experience working in the UK, France or Germany
  • Fluency in written and verbal English language communication
  • Strong business acumen and growth mindset
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work seamlessly with leaders at multiple levels
  • Managerial courage and communication skills to challenge and influence senior leaders

Job Overview
Our client, a global corporation is looking for Brand Manager to be responsible for contributing to the growth of the brand and the products it sells, across a range of portfolios spanning the entire EMEA-ANZ region. This position leads the planning and delivery of marketing and end-user communications for our exciting and innovative product roadmap; including regional messaging, go-to-market mapping, creative adaptation (in some cases) and overarching campaign management. In this role, you will ensure full integration and alignment of marketing plans to maximise the effectiveness of brand positioning, content and creative execution across product categories, adapting to regional nuances where necessary. You will be leading the EMEA-ANZ marketing efforts and working closely with the Product Commercialisation and Local Marketing teams to ensure integration across local and retail channel executions. The Brand Manager will also be required to assume additional responsibility for other projects, as assigned by the Brand Director.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop holistic campaigns to promote demand generation from a wide spectrum of end users
  • Ensure content across owned and partner properties, online and offline, meet best-in-class content standards and is aligned with brand guidelines
  • Support the sales team with materials and programs to assist both retailer sell-in and direct sales to end consumers
  • Facilitate project management by leading and directing marketing partners (i.e. advertising agencies, marketing vendors, suppliers)
  • Ensure integration with other organisational initiatives and business goals through collaborative development, alignment in execution and proactive communication with marketing team members and internal stakeholders
  • Develop deep consumer understanding, including engagement with research projects and report-outs; leverage consumer insights to maximise engagement, conversion and advocacy
  • Coordinate research projects, product and application photography, videoshoots and web content development from start to finish

    o Create, develop and shape the brand's marketing development
    o Plan digital marketing activities and supervise the creation, rollout and ongoing maintenance of brand websites
    o Act as the point of contact for region-specific marketing communication
    o Drive and ensure the seamless maintenance of the PIM and DAM systems, with the support of other team members
