Summary: The Product Manager role requires an individual with active SC clearance to lead the Staff Transfers service, managing the product roadmap and backlog while adapting to changing business needs. The position involves coordinating with a multidisciplinary team and ensuring compliance with Government Service Standards. The role is predominantly remote with occasional onsite work in London. Product Manager – SC Cleared

Clearance: Active SC required

Location: Predominantly remote – assume London 2x/month for onsite work

Start: Mid–late August, latest early September

Duration: 6-month initial contract + potential 6-month extension, further SOWs possible

Role Overview: You’ll own and drive the direction of the Staff Transfers service, setting and managing the product roadmap in line with the overall service vision. This includes adapting priorities as business needs change, managing the product backlog in Jira, and running agile ceremonies.
