Summary: The Product Manager role focuses on enhancing user experience within a global SaaS company in the Automotive industry. The position involves developing product roadmaps, tracking performance against KPIs, and utilizing insights to improve eCommerce strategies. The role also requires managing partner integrations and collaborating with technical teams to drive product development. Travel is expected for both national and international engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product roadmaps, balancing complex client requirements against wider omnichannel commerce themes.
- Track initiatives delivered against agreed KPIs.
- Prepare collateral/updates to embed a strong eCommerce culture across both our organization and our clients.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative insights to improve conversion and represent the voice of the customer.
- Manage key partners and ensure optimal performance from partner integrations.
- Consult with Technical Strategy/Delivery teams on future developments.
