Role Overview
This Product Manager will drive the continued evolution of HelpIQ, Client's AI-powered IT help experience in Slack. They'll own product requirements, roadmap prioritization, rollout planning, success metrics, and rapid iteration as HelpIQ becomes the primary entry point for IT support.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day product management, backlog, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Partner closely with Engineering and Support Operations to improve troubleshooting and service workflows
- Define success metrics and use data to drive roadmap decisions
- Lead UAT, rollout planning, stakeholder communications, and product iterations
- Facilitate the bi-weekly HelpIQ Product Loupe with IT Leadership
- Translate user feedback and operational insights into prioritized product improvements
