Summary: We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to oversee feature delivery in our digital eCommerce journey, from browsing to post-purchase services. Key Responsibilities:
- Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, and story writing in JIRA.
- Work closely with engineering, UX, QA, and analytics teams to ship features with speed and quality.
- Translate business and UX goals into clear, structured user stories and tickets.
- Collaborate on Figma designs, clarify edge cases, and support testing/launch planning.
- Track KPIs, collaborate on A/B testing, and iterate based on data.
Key Skills:
- 4-6 years as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in digital product delivery.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Figma and UX collaboration.
- Proven track record in eCommerce (mobile/web) platforms.
- Strong technical writing and stakeholder communication skills.
