We are looking to engage an experienced Agile Digital Product Manager for a large central Government client.
This role revolves around the movement of product or commodity throughout the UK.The current digital service went live in October 2023 and has been enhanced during 2024.
There is a continuing backlog of enhancements which will ensure the faithful implementation of the Framework.

* This role is the interface between the project team and the digital delivery team - Therefore, product liaison type experience is very sought after.*

You collate the business and users needs, present these to the digital delivery team and work alongside them to refine the requirements ahead of delivery.
You will be constantly looking for the approach that gives the most value to users.
They will ensure this value is delivered at the earliest opportunity by devising with the team an initial MVP (minimum viable product) and then enhancing this in further iterations.There is a dedicated digital delivery team however the digital service comprises of a number of components some of which are shared across wider services and so managing dependencies and commissioning work to other teams will be critical.
The role will also support the transition of the service into 'business as usual'/continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication skills to be the liaison between the Project and the Digital teams
• Experience of working with digital delivery teams delivering through agile methodology and user centred design
• Ability to understand business requirements and how these translate into digital delivery requirements
• Ability to quickly respond to changing demands and priorities, with the confidence to take quick judgements without comprising the quality and value of the solution
• Attention to detail to sign off delivery teams work as meeting the requirements commissioned
• Experience of transition into continuous improvement/business as usual with an eye to ensuring operational processes, architecture and incident management are documented and understood
