Product Manager- Data Platform

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap and delivery strategy for the new data platform.
  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, data teams and technology partners.
  • Define and prioritise product requirements, user stories and delivery backlogs.
  • Ensure alignment between platform capabilities and organisational objectives.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions.
  • Work closely with Microsoft Fabric architects, engineers and data teams throughout implementation.
  • Establish governance, adoption and success measures for the platform.
  • Support change management and user adoption activities.
  • Monitor delivery progress, risks and dependencies, ensuring successful outcomes.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager within data, analytics or cloud platform environments.
  • Strong track record of delivering enterprise data platform implementation projects.
  • Experience working alongside data engineering, BI and architecture teams.
  • Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex programmes involving multiple workstreams.
  • Strong understanding of modern cloud data platforms and data capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience with Azure Data Platform technologies.
  • Exposure to data governance, analytics or reporting transformation programmes.
  • Previous experience working within large, complex organisations.

  • Mainly remote engagement, with some onsite work

  • Initial 3-6 month assignment with potential extension.
