Summary: The AI / ML Product Manager will lead the delivery of multiple AI and ML initiatives within a leading organization, focusing on stakeholder management and overseeing various workstreams. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and product leadership to ensure alignment with business strategies. The position is remote-first with occasional travel to Heathrow and is expected to last until December 2025, with a possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to product management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the product roadmap for AI and ML initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and data strategy.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Analysts to translate complex AI capabilities into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity of direction and measurable impact.
- Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, managing prioritisation, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Ensure transparent communication through structured reporting, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigations.
- Champion best practice in agile product delivery, governance, and data ethics.
