Role: Product Manager
Location
This role does not require candidates to be onsite daily. However, candidates must reside within a reasonable distance of Client Office. If hired, candidates must be able to visit a client office to collect their company laptop and complete government-issued ID verification. Additionally, candidates must be able to go onsite when requested for security purposes.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management or Technical Product Management experience
- 3+ years leading enterprise-scale digital products serving external customers
- Experience owning product roadmaps, objectives, KPIs, and business outcomes
- Strong ability to translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Preferred Skills
- 5+ years working closely with software engineering teams in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, integration patterns, and distributed systems
- Experience working with cloud-native architectures and modern application platforms
- Ability to read technical designs, architecture diagrams, sequence flows, and system integrations. Experience supporting web and mobile product ecosystems
- 3+ years delivering AI, ML, OCR, GenAI, or intelligent automation solutions
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, AI governance, and monitoring
- Familiarity with AI performance metrics including accuracy, precision, latency, confidence scores, and drift monitoring
- Experience defining AI product requirements, success metrics, evaluation criteria, and operational controls
