Product Lead/Tech Lead - Amazon Connect specialist

Summary: The role of Product Lead/Technical Lead focuses on the implementation of Amazon Connect for a government-owned organization. The successful candidate will provide both technical and strategic guidance, working closely with the Senior Product Manager to ensure alignment with business goals. This position requires deep expertise in Amazon Connect and experience in product delivery teams, particularly within the public sector. The contract is fully remote and has an initial duration of six months with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the Amazon Connect implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Partner with the Senior Product Manager to define and deliver best-in-class solutions
• Provide technical consultancy and strategic input across the full product life cycle
• Shape the product roadmap and ensure best practices are followed in delivery and integration

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in a Technical/Product Lead or Consultant role with Amazon Connect
• Strong technical understanding of cloud-based contact centre platforms
• Experience working in Product Delivery Teams within agile environments
• Ideally experienced with major government departments or public sector clients
• Ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels, advising senior stakeholders
• BPSS Clearance required - must have lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years
