Summary: The Product & UX Design Expert is responsible for designing and evaluating structured product design workflows, focusing on user flows, design systems, and specification handoffs. The role involves creating comprehensive product design workflows and ensuring flow completeness across various states, while also translating design processes into structured tasks. The expert will define evaluation rubrics based on design fidelity and measurable criteria, and build scenarios that meet accessibility requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Create end-to-end product design workflows covering user flows, system usage, and spec handoff scenarios
• Develop tasks ensuring flow completeness across states such as empty, loading, error, permissions, and success
• Translate design processes into structured tasks with deterministic, checkable outputs
• Define and apply evaluation rubrics based on design system fidelity and measurable criteria
• Build scenarios involving annotated specs, accessibility requirements, and constrained copy guidelines

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in product and UX design workflows for SaaS or consumer products
• Expertise in tools such as Figma including auto-layout, components, and variables
• Experience with design systems, component reuse, and token-based design
• Knowledge of accessibility standards including WCAG and implementation in design
• Ability to produce and interpret artifacts including user flows, mockups, specs, and design system audits
