- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to translate company strategy into clear priorities and well-designed solutions.
- Turn problem statements into clear, consumer grade experiences through thoughtful framing, structured exploration, and polished execution.
- Break down ambiguous problems, prioritize what matters most, and rally cross functional teams around a shared vision.
- Explore solutions through user research, data insights, and rapid prototyping-then refine them through iteration and feedback.
- Advocate for simplicity and usability, ensuring even complex workflows feel approachable.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system, product vision, and design culture across the company.
- Participate in team rituals such as design critiques, roadmap discussions, and stand-ups to keep collaboration tight.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio showcasing end to end product design work.
- Proven ability to ship applications or software in collaboration with PMs and engineers.
