Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design aspect on key integrated projects to create income-generating and impact-based products.
- Design the look and feel of products ensuring creativity is bold, engaging, and appropriate for the audience.
- Develop an expert understanding of users’ needs and champion these in product delivery.
- Define, explain, and iterate a product vision for small- and medium-size products.
- Create measurable goals for products and report progress against stated benefits.

- Optimize existing products and manage optimization cycles including user testing and stakeholder management.

Product Designer. Salary: £40,600 per annum pro rata. Location: Homebased. Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2026 – 35 hours per week. A bit about the role In this Fixed Term Contract role as Product Designer, you will manage the research, scoping and design of several products and services that support children, young people and parents. A key product you will be working on is for parents and funded by one of our incredibly generous partners. The ideal candidate will be experienced in and passionate about creating user-led, accessible and impactful products that are income generating or impact led – or both! You will be working in a cross-functional team made up of product designers, product managers, developers, marketers and stakeholders.
How you'll help to create brighter futures Leading the design aspect on key integrated projects to design income generating and impact-based products.
