Summary: In this role as a Product Designer, you will focus on enhancing user experiences on WhatsApp by designing features that protect users from spam and scams. Collaborating with various teams, you will translate conceptual ideas into practical solutions while contributing to strategic decisions. The position requires strong prototyping and storytelling skills, along with a keen interest in online safety. This is a generalist role that emphasizes both user experience and collaboration with engineers and product managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design flows and experiences that are simple and elegant.
• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable.
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the product and executive teams.
• Give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise the bar for quality.
• Partner with Product Managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to oversee the user experience from conception to launch.
• Work on features designed to prevent users from getting scammed.
• Collaborate with the senior designer in the US and engineers across London and California.
