Overview

This role is best suited for someone who has held senior product leadership positions (such as Product Director or equivalent) and has transitioned into coaching. The focus is on guiding product leaders, shaping team structures, and improving how teams operate and deliver value.
Project Focus
- Support the evolution of product team structures, including forming and refining teams
- Help establish consistent product practices and taxonomy across teams
