Key Responsibilities:
- Own and support creative production systems, maintaining and optimizing the creative asset tracking ecosystem.

We're looking for a Creative Systems Producer to help build, maintain, and evolve the systems that power creative production for a key game in production at client. You'll be responsible for supporting and improving a complex ecosystem of tools, automations, and workflows that help teams project manage and track creative assets, moving work efficiently across the organization.
This role combines systems thinking, project management, customer service, automation, and emerging AI technologies. You'll partner closely with creatives, producers, operators, and technical stakeholders to ensure our systems remain reliable, scalable, and easy to use.

Responsibilities
Own and Support Creative Production Systems
Help maintain and optimize our creative asset tracking ecosystem built on Jira, Airtable, Workato, and related platforms.
Monitor system health and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
Serve as a primary point of contact for users requiring system support.
Manage Requests and Priorities
Intake, triage, and prioritize requests from stakeholders across the organization.
Maintain a backlog of enhancements, bug fixes, and optimization opportunities.
Balance quick wins with longer-term strategic improvements.
Communicate priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders.
Design Better Workflows
Partner with teams to understand pain points and identify opportunities for automation.
Improve processes that support creative production and asset management.
Evaluate and integrate new tools and workflows when appropriate.
Explore opportunities to connect platforms such as Miro, Notion, and future systems into the broader ecosystem.
Leverage AI and Emerging Technologies
Stay current on AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow technologies.
Use AI-assisted development tools to rapidly prototype solutions and accelerate execution.
Experiment with tools such as Gemini, AntiGravity, Copilot, Cursor, Netlify (or other AI assisted app dev tools) ChatGPT, and other emerging technologies.
Help identify practical applications of AI that improve efficiency and user experience.
Required Qualifications
1 4 years of professional experience in operations, project management, production, systems administration, product operations, technical support, or a related field.
Experience managing projects, workflows, or operational systems in a professional environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems independently.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience building workflows, automations, databases, or operational systems.
Experience with Jira, Airtable, Notion, Miro, Workato, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
