responsibilities
- Facilitate day-to-day sprint ceremonies, including stand-ups, backlog grooming, planning, and retrospectives.
- Maintain sprint dashboards, calendars, user stories, action items, and milestone tracking in Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Partner with QA and release management teams to track validation plans, regression risks, and technical dependencies.
- Identify and resolve blockers, ensuring engineering teams maintain delivery momentum and forecast accuracy.
qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience as a Producer, TPM, or Technical Project Manager.
Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint velocity, and team capacity.
Expertise utilizing ADO, Jira, or Confluence for task tracking, sprint planning, and documentation.
Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to align developers, creative teams, and stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of Producer/TPM experience within a gaming studio environment.
Deep experience coordinating release validation plans, regression tracking, and cross-team dependencies.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-team technical projects under tight deadlines.
