We’re looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management and contract delivery within a fast-paced, complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver strategic category plans.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities and complex supplier negotiations.
• Drive cost savings and value through effective procurement strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews and contract governance.
• Oversee contract changes, dispute resolution and compliance activities.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver commercial objectives.

About You:

• Proven experience in procurement, category management or strategic sourcing.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing contracts and supplier relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-driven, proactive and able to thrive in a demanding environment.
• Automotive procurement, capital equipment sourcing and relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.
