Summary: The Process Optimization Consultant will support clients in an ongoing IT refresh project by analyzing and improving workflows using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. The role requires expertise in data analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality. The consultant will lead projects, coach teams, and collaborate with various departments to implement process changes effectively. This position is primarily remote with some light travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, improve, and streamline workflows using Lean, Six Sigma (DMAIC), and Kaizen methods.
- Map and analyze current processes (AS-IS) to identify bottlenecks, waste, and inefficiencies.
- Lead projects using Lean, Six Sigma (DMAIC/DMADV), and Kaizen events.
- Plan, execute, and monitor improvement initiatives for timely and cost-effective results.
- Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on continuous improvement tools.
