Summary: The role of Process Optimisation Analyst involves joining a pharmaceutical client on a major transformation programme, primarily working remotely with occasional travel to Lisbon. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process optimisation initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Utilise process mining and mapping techniques to enhance business processes.
  • Implement Six Sigma or Lean methodologies to drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
  • Provide expertise in BPM, RPA, and low-code automation tools.
  • Utilise tools such as Signavio and GBTEC for process improvement.

Key Skills:

  • 6-8+ years' experience in Process Optimisation.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Six Sigma or Lean Green Belt certification.
  • Process mining experience.
  • Hands-on process mapping using BPMN 2.0.
  • Experience improving cross-functional business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of BPM, RPA, workflow, and low-code automation.
  • Experience with tools such as Signavio and/or GBTEC Business Information Centre.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.

RED Global is currently recruiting for a Process Optimisation Analyst to join one of our key pharmaceutical clients on a major transformation programme.

This is an contract opportunity. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Lisbon as required.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 6-8+ years' experience in Process Optimisation

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience

  • Six Sigma or Lean Green Belt certification

  • Process mining experience

  • Hands-on process mapping using BPMN 2.0

  • Experience improving cross-functional business processes
