Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support improvements across the full O2C lifecycle, focusing on billing, credit, collections, and cash allocation.
  • Work closely with the BPO partner to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of OTC services.
  • Drive continuous improvement, standardisation, and process governance across multiple markets.
  • Engage stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and the BPO to gather feedback and implement changes.
  • Support system-related queries and changes.
  • Assist with audit activities and ensure process controls remain robust and compliant.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, desktop procedures, and training materials.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrable Order-to-Cash experience, ideally with hands-on billing and credit management exposure.
  • Experience working in large, complex organisations with strong process control frameworks.
  • Experience working with or managing an offshore BPO (not essential).
  • Background in continuous improvement, process governance, and operational optimisation.
  • Experience working across multiple markets or global teams.

OTC Process Specialist – 6 Months FTC Fully Remote Opportunity

Lead improvements across global Order-to-Cash (OTC) operation. Global employer seeking an experienced OTC Process Manager to support our OTC leadership team in driving optimisation, standardisation, and strong governance across end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. This is a key role partnering closely with our offshore BPO provider and finance teams across our UK and international operations. You’ll play a critical part in improving billing, collections, cash application and wider OTC performance within a large, complex organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an O2C Manager who can influence, problem-solve, and deliver meaningful improvements in a fast-moving environment.
