We are seeking an experienced Process Manager IT Architecture
to join a dynamic and mission-driven team within a highly regulated environment. The role is integral to the organization's efforts to enhance digitalization through comprehensive IT and information architecture strategies.
Responsibilities
As a Process Manager IT Architecture, you will:
- Develop and lead overall architectural governance, IT architecture, and information architecture initiatives.
- Drive increased digitalization and innovation by creating architectural frameworks, target images, roadmaps, and development plans.
- Lead and coordinate various collaboration groups, such as solution reviews and architecture management discussions.
- Coach and support team members in IT architecture best practices and methodologies.
- Manage case monitoring, distribution, and follow-up processes effectively.
- Contribute to architectural initiatives within socially critical or safety-sensitive activities.
Mandatory Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
in process management within IT architecture or equivalent leadership roles in IT architecture (within the last 15 years).
- 5+ years of experience
as a process manager in IT architecture within large organizations (1,000+ employees) in the last 8 years.
- Proven experience leading collaboration groups for solution reviews, architecture management, or framework development for at least 5 years in the last 8 years.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications (Added Value)
- Experience creating architectural target images, roadmaps, and development plans(5+ years in the last 8 years).
- Experience coaching team members in IT architecture in at least one project during the last 5 years.
- Architectural work experience within authorities, socially critical activities, or energy industries during the last 5 years.
- 2+ years of experience managing case workflows, including monitoring, distribution, and follow-up.
This role is with the possibility of up to 50% remote work. This is a full-time role, and the assignment duration is based on 100% capacity throughout the engagement period.
